Cross Country
Welcome to the 2022 XC Season!
Things you need to know:
All student athletes need a physical on THIS form AND registration before they start any running (must be turned in by September 30th)
There are no try outs on cross country, just come out and run
We do not cut based on ability, as long as your attend and give your best you are on the team!
Practice is 6 days a week
